REGULAMIN

1. W Pomocni obowiązuje zasada odwoływania wizyt, która mówi o tym, że spotkanie możesz anulować albo przesunąć dzień roboczy wcześniej do godziny 15:00. W innym wypadku będziesz zobowiązany do uregulowania płatności za nieodbyte spotkanie. Zasada odwoływania wizyt obowiązuje zarówno klientów, jak i terapeutów i dotyczy także zdarzeń losowych.

2. W przypadku dwukrotnego odwołania wizyty niezgodnie z regulaminem, kolejne zarezerwowane spotkania zostaną anulowane do czasu uregulowania płatności.

3. W przypadku spóźnienia, terapeuta jest zobowiązany oczekiwać na klienta 15 minut. Jeśli przewidujesz, że dotrzesz na spotkanie po upływie tego czasu, poinformuj o tym sekretariat lub terapeutę.

4. W Pomocni płatność za sesję możesz uregulować gotówką lub kartą płatniczą. Jeśli korzystasz z pomocy w formie internetowej lub telefonicznej, ureguluj płatność przelewem dzień roboczy wcześniej do godziny 15:00. Potwierdzenie dokonania płatności należy przesłać na adres sekretariat@pomocnia-poznan.pl.

5. Na wyraźną prośbę klienta wystawiamy opinie i zaświadczenia. Za dokumenty pobierane są opłaty zgodnie z aktualnie obowiązującym cennikiem.

6. Każde spotkanie trwa 50-60 minut.

7. Przed umówieniem pierwszej wizyty, zapoznaj się z informacjami podanymi tutaj: Co powinieneś wiedzieć przed pierwszą wizytą.

8. Od momentu nawiązania kontaktu z placówką Pomocnia, zarówno drogą telefoniczną, jak i mailową, udostępnione przez Ciebie dane osobowe przetwarzane są przez aktualnego pracownika sekretariatu oraz psychologa, u którego umówione jest spotkanie. Pracownicy Pomocni przywiązują szczególną wagę do ochrony i bezpieczeństwa danych osobowych naszych klientów.

REGULATIONS

1. At Pomocnia we have a rule for cancelling visits which says that the client is free to cancel or reschedule a visit up until 3 PM of the previous working day. Otherwise, the visit must be paid in full. This rule also applies to the psychologist. Unforseen events beyond the clients’ or psychologists’ control which would cause them to miss their appointed visit are not considered an exception to this rule.

2. In case of a client twice failed to cancel a visit according to the regulations, all further reserved visits will be annulled until payment is regularized.

3. In the event that the client is late for a visit, the psychologist is required to wait 15 minutes until their arrival. If the client anticipates that he or she will only be able to arrive past this time, they should contact the front office or the psychologist.
4. At Pomocnia, payment of the visits can be made by cash or by card. If a client is provided a service through the telephone or the Internet, they should make their payment by bank transfer by 3 PM of the previous working day. The account numbers the client should make the transfer to can be consulted here at www.pomocnia-poznan.pl/platnosc-przelewem. Proof of the payment should be seny to the email address sekretariat@pomocnia-poznan.pl.

5. At the express request of the client, the psychologist can provide a written review and/or confirmation of attendance. The price of these documents are detailed in the current price list.

6. Every visit has the duration of 50-60 minutes.

7. In the interest of preserving discretion we ask that the client arrives at Pomocnia at the appointed time of their visit or not longer than 5 minutes early. It is important for us not to have to interrupt our ongoing session to answer the door.

8. From the moment you first contact with Pomocnia, be it through telephone or email, your personal data is being processed by the the current front office employee as well as the psychologist they have reserved a visit with. Pomocnia places great importance on the protection and safety of our clients’ personal data.
